KY-1210 is a new type and high efficient silicone paper pulp antifoam emulsion. The product is specially for the foam-controlling in the process of pulp producing.
1), strong alkali resistance (PH, 12-13 ), high temperature resistant (90 ℃).
2), the fine and lasting bubble resistance performance.
3), no silicon scale.
4), add quantity is little (generally in 0.1-0.65 kg /ton)
5), reduce water consumption, improve the pulp drainage capacity and the cleaning capacity.

3 , Usage way and dosage
1), during the process of pulp producing, KY-2510 can be added into the groove of pulp washer directly, but the place of adding KY-2510 should be close to the spot where the foam appeared or the downstream. Using controlled volume pump can add the product precisely
2), The suggesting usage is 0.1 ~ 0.65 ‰ (airing plasma), but because the difference on the raw materials, the production technology and equipment conditions in pulp factory, which will also influnce the effection, the best dosage of the good can be setted after the testing.
4 , Applications
1), this product is especially for defoaming of black liquor in pulp production,
2), sizing of textile industry, sizing of textile printing, bleaching and dyeing, medium and low temperature printing and dyeing,
3)water-based latex and sewage treatments and so on.
5 , Product packaging and storage
1), this product is packed with 25L, 50L, or 200L plastic drum or 200L powder coating steel drum,
2). This product should be stored in a cool place, the ventilation in 5 ~ 40 ℃ temperature, not stored in opening container, the shelf life of the product is six months since the date of production.
3). The products according to the non-dangerous goods storage and transportation.
