KY-2158 efficient delayed coking defoaming agent can eliminate the foam in the coking tower effectively; reduce the coking in fractionation equipment and piping; increase the effective volume and running device handling ability; stabilize the running device; extend the filling coke time in coke tower and improvement oil quality; has excellent defoaming and foaming-controlling alibity. The defoaming agent adopt unique formula, so this product has any bad effects of catalyst to downstream process, especially to the hydrotreating device.

3 , Usage and dosage
1) before using, general using coking diesel dilute the defoamer to 10%solution, then injecting continuously into the top or the front of the four way cock of coking bottom, adopting the tower top injecting way is the best. Should avoid adding the agent in the front of cracking furnace. Otherwise the thermal decomposition will cause equipment jam.
2) the general recommendation is 20-60ppm(relative to the device capacity), in practice, can according to difference on raw material, equipment and operating conditions to adjust dosuage properly.

this product is specially for delayed coking in the coking tower
5 , Product packaging and storage
1), this product is packed with 25L, 50L, or 200L plastic drum or 200L powder coating steel drum,
2), this product should be stored in clean, sealed containers and to be placed in dry, cool, ventilated place. Prevent of the sunshine and rain, far away from heat source, segregating from fire seat. the storage period is twelve months.
3), the product according to the non-dangerous goods storage and transportation.
