KY-2128 is a new type silicone antifoamer specially for high temperature water system. Produced by imported raw material, can be easily scattered in water system, defoam the bubble quickly even in the high temperature, long durability in defoaming, no demulsification or floating oil. At the same time, which has good acid and alkali resistance, shear resistance and good stability, especially suitable to the bubble defoaming requirements in non-ionic and anionic water systerm. .

3 , Usage way and dosage
1) Stirring uniformity before using. In order to achieve the best effection, must scatter defoaming agent completely in foam medium. Thus you can also dilute antifoam with 1 ~ 5 times amount of cold water in advance, when diluting the antifoam, should adding defoaming agent into water with stirring water slowly and and mixing them blending. Diluted defoaming agent shall be immediately used.
2) If the defoaming agent-using system has fully mixing or turned equipments( can make the defoaming agent spread uniformity in sparkling medium), the defoaming agent can be directly joined into sparkling medium, there is no need for diluting.
3) Subject to the influence of the factors of foaming medium, foaming temperature, chemical charateristics, foaming content, difference in stiring etc, the exact appropriate concentration must be estimated by clients via testing.
4 , Applications
1. specially for antifoaming in high temperature overflow dyeing and other printing and dyeing procession,
2. for latex and adhesive and water-based coatings production industry.
3, for industrial detergent, metal cleaning liquid, leather, water-based ink, sewage treatment, water cutting fluid, water based lubricating oil and the petrochemical industry.
5 , Product packaging and storage
1), this product is packed with 25L, 50L, or 200L plastic drum or 200L powder coating steel drum,
2), this product should be stored in ventilation, should be stored in a cool place, the temperature is below 25℃. Should prevent freezing. The storage period is six months.
