Application
◆This technology is suitable for: drying different solution, suspended liquid of dyestuff, pigment, agrochemicals, biochemical product, soybean milk(powder-
making), humic acid, immersed paste of Chinese traditional medicine, pesticide, lignin, pectase as well as paste material, thin slurry, filtered cake and
making it become powder.
◆Dust catcher: may choose pulse cloth bag dust catcher or damp spray dust catcher as secondary dust catcher in accordance with the feature of material.
◆Heating mode: it is considered to choose and use steam, electricity or hot air furnace as heat source in accordance with the condition possessed by the factory
and temperature undertaken by material.
◆Typical materials to be dried: iron oxide red, iron oxide black, yeast powder, kieselgur, titanium pigment, starch, calcium carbonate, sodium nitrite, humic
acid, barium sulfate, aluminum carbonate, immersed paste of Chine traditional medicine, water reducing agent of concrete, potato slurry, etc.
