Descriptions
    This machine adapts fully seal mode. All parts are made of stainless steel. It is equipped with three grades purification device. Air after filtered can reach to the requirement of one hundred thousand grades. Being equipped with cooling device at its wall of cylinder and top part, it makes the temperature of wall less than 80℃. So even if material stays at the wall, it cannot be carbonized or become bad. The efficiency of powder collection is increased greatly(reach to more 95%). Moreover it cannot produce the phenomena of medicine mixing and wall adhering.
    Principle: High speed centrifugal atomizing device is an application of centrifugal atomizing technology at special material to be dried. That is to say, it is a drying device by using high speed centrifugal atomizer to make material distribute fog and contact with hot air fully, and finish instantaneous dry and formpowder finished product. 
    Special drier for immersed ointment of traditional Chinese medicine is an atomizer for immersed ointment of traditional Chinese medicine and plant solution. It solve the following conditions taken place in original LPG high speed atomizing drier:
1)Material is adhered at wall and low efficiency of powdercollection;
2)Because of staying long time at wall, it makes material produce carbonized phenomenon or become bad;
3)It is very difficult to clean and is not in conformity with the requirement of GMP;
4)Low output: LPG-150 atomizing drier can treat 50～60 kg/h of material liquid. 
 
    In view of above, according to the property of tradifional medicine and the requirement of technology our factory has solved difficult problem of drier for immersed ointment of traditional Chinese medicine. Material after dried has good cotor and does not become bad. It increases economic benefit of factory greatly. Compared with LPG high speed centrifugal atomizing drier, it has the following characteristics:
1)Being adapted three grades air purification, it makes air after filtered reach to the requirement of thirty hundred thousand grades;
2)Because drying chamber and top of chamber adapt air jacket cooling system, it can prevent from melting material by hot and adhering wall;
3)In the drying chamber there are air comprssed cooling, revolving and sweeper. It eliminate or reduce the phenomenon of wall adhering;
4)Powder collection system adapts moisture removed air pneumatic cooling device in order to prevent from product absorbing damp and agglomerating and packing easy;
5)In large producing machine, adapt primary air cooling technology between atomizer and hot air distributor in order to prevent from material turning back to top and cooling the atomizer;
6)The part contacted with material has sanitary structure that is not easy to stay and easy to clean and use quick opening and washing device. It is suitable for the requirement of various varieties production;
7)For dust removing, it adapts damp dust removing. It makes dust cannot be out and is in conformity with the requirement of environmental protection;
8)Excellent configuration of industrial control system guarantees that noraml operation parameters of equipment cannot be affected by contrived and out
