At present, domestic manufacturers of granulator and pharmacy factories produce a large amount of herbal granules which should be taken after being with boiling water or wine. However there is no suitable equipments to produce these granules, only the old rocking granulator can be used, which have some major

fatal disadvantages
1. The machine is easy to be polluted, powders are easy to come into bearing, much dead corners are hardly to clean.
2. The nylon screen is easy to be worn out due to wrap on the rocker closely, and much fiber chips shall be mixed with the herbal medicine while the steel wore screen is easy to have wire broken or slipped, and granules are both loose and having much edges and corners.
3. During the process of drying and transportation, much powder shall be produced and flied over, which makes concerned experts and departments who are carrying out GMP reformation and authentication much headachy.
Aiming at the situation mentioned above, our factory has manufactured the raw-generation granulation equipment - Model GKL Efficient, Fast and Automatic Granulator after research and production for many years. It has beautiful appearance and reasonable structure, and an automatic cleaning unit is mounted on its working part, which thoroughly solves troubled and manmade cleaning work and three major disadvantages what the old-type rocking granulator has. It can make different kinds of materials into granules with same sizes and lengths, and can rise up working efficiency over 2-3 times, be suitable for granule-making in medicine, foodstuff, chemical industries as well as colleges, universities and research institutes. It is an advanced and perfect equipment to produce granules both at home and abroad at present.
The machine has a full stainless steel structure. Its surface is brightened and has a novel appearance. There are three heavy pedal wheels under the body therefore the machine can be moved freely.

Function and Features
Good effect and high efficiency for granule making and finishing.
Adopting special planet reducer, the sieve tube and the finishing cutters can rotate relatively, extrude materials out of the round holes of the sieve rube into cylindrical strip form, which is cut by the cutter outside the tube into granules with even size and length, which are decided by the diameter of the hole and the clearance of cutters.
High precision, convenient discharge without accumulation.
Adopting special design, the working part has small clearance and has no dead corner where materials could stay. No materials will stay in the wieve tube to rub with finishing cutters to be heated and thickened. The disassembly of the machine is quite convenient.
Simple and easy cleaning-up.
Equipped with air compressor to provide absolute assurance for recipe changing and cleaning operation of the whole machine as well as alleviation of operator's labour.

Structure
Model GKL efficient, fast and automatic granulator consists of body, motor, reducer, body cover, finish cutter, sieve tube, feed hopper, cutter, discharge switch, scraper, discharge door, electric parts hood, air compressor, running water tap and foot wheel.

Points for Attention
Check power supply if it is switched on. Start the machine to check it the finish cutters are rotating left-wise and the sieve tube is rotating right-wise. If not, ask electrician to change connections of circuit and make production only when required directions are reached.
Check the hopper if it is loosened. Tighten it by M20 socket wrench if needed and feed materials to start production thereafter.
