Uses Characteristics:

This product is a multifunctional finishing agent, applicable to the dyeing and finishing processing of polyester fibers, blended polyester,nylon, cellulose, and polyurethane etc., making the synthetic fibers and blended fabrics possess some basic characteristics of natural fibers. Therefore it gives the synthetic fibers the performances as follows.

    Giving fabrics excellent anti-staining or stain-eliminating performances;

    Giving fabrics excellent antistatic performance;

    Giving fabrics excellent hydrophile and moisture-absorbing and sweat-eliminating performances;

    Giving fabrics excellent loose handle;

    Dispersing and dissolving oligomers from the decomposition in dyeing at high temperature and high pressure, promoting the color-yielding rate and brightening rate of the fabrics;

    Preventing creases and chicken claw etc. that occur from long time extrusion in overflow dyeing machine;

    Preventing needle holes in finished fabrics.

On the basis of the performances of this product listed above, with the content of 15~25%, it can be manufactured and sold as the following varieties.

1. Permanent stain-eliminating and stain-preventing finishing agent:

Dosage for Printing and Dyeing Factories: Dyeing at high temperature and high pressure: 2~5% (to the weight of fabrics) or finishing: 20~50g/l.

. Permanent Nonionic Antistatic Agent:

Dosage for Printing and Dyeing Factories Dyeing at high temperature and high pressure:2~4% (to the weight of fabrics)or finishing: 20~40g/l。

Production process as follows.

Water→DP-998A→60~70℃,maintaining temperature for 30~60 minutes →Cooling to 40℃→Filtering discharged materials.
