This product is a special modified elastic substance, mainly applicable to the shrinkage-preventing finishing of cashmere and wool fabrics, forming elastic membrane on the fiber surface; also applicable to the anti-fuzzing and anti-pilling finishing of such fabrics as polyester cotton, cotton ,polyester fiber.
