Ltd ,(former name is Sheyang pesticides factory founded in 1964) is the fixed manufacturer appointed by the Petroleum and Chemical Industry Department of Jiangsu province. In 1998 it was reformed to limited company.It cooperated and invested jointly with foreign investor and established Yancheng Fengyang chemical industry co.,ltd.,in 1998,which is abbreviated yancheng fengyang producing and managing hydroquinone serial products.It has its own independent legal right to engage inimport and export .

The companies lie in northen Jiangsu plain, with the Yellow Sea to the east. with convenient traffic it is near to TongSan thruway , No.204 National way and Xinchang railway to the west, the only 50km away to the south from Yancheng Airport . With more than usd13 million fixed assets and annual sales of usd20 million including 40% min of export, they have 150000 m2 and over 800 staffs, there are over 250 technicians ,more than 30 percent of all members.
