APPLICATION
Used in polyester&its blends and acetete fiber, and appalicable in both exhaust and padding dyeing, this item is close to Ultraphor BN (BASF).
USAGE
1, Exhaust dyeing under high temperature
Dosage: GLORY-ERG L 0.1-0.4% o.w.f.
Dispersant: 0.5-1g/l
Acetic acid adjustment: PH=5-6
Temperature: 90-130℃
Time: 20-30min
2, Continuous padding
Dosage: GLORY-ERG L 1-4g/l.
Other auxiliaries: xg/l
Temperature: 160-190℃
Time:30-60sec
Detailed processing can be as per customer’s request.
STORAGE&PACKING
Shelf time under room temperature:12months,
Packing in 25kgs plastic drum or as per customer’s request.
