APPLICATION
Used in cotton,linen and viscose fibre brightening, low affinity but high stability against hard water and electrolyte, high acid resistance, it can be used in padding. This item is close to Uvitex-MST-L(Huntsman).
USAGE
1, Regular padding
Dosage: GLORY-MST L: 5-25g/l
Temperature: 150-170℃
Time: 60sec.
2, Resin finishing
Dosage: GLORY-MST L 5-25g/l
Resin (melocol): xg/l
Resin catalyst: xg/l
Baking time: 135℃×1min
Dip&squeeze: pick up 80-100%
Cure time: 150-170℃×60sec
Detailed processing can be as per the customer’s request.
STORAGE&PACKING
Shelf time under room temperature: 12months,
Packing in 60kgs plastic drum with doule PE liners.
