APPLICATION
Used in cotton, yarn, linen and nylon fiber, with high affinity, it is applicable in exhaust dyeing. Excellent washing fastness and high stability against peroxide.This item is close to Synowhite 4BK (Kisco)
USAGE
1.Regular cotton brigtening
Dosage: GLORY-4BK, 0.2%-0.6% o.w.f;
Na2SO4: 4.5-10g/l
Temperature: 90-100℃
Time: 20-30min.
Bath ratio: 1:10-20
2.Cotton peroxid bleaching
Dosage: GLORY-4BK,0.1%-0.6% o.w.f;
NaOH(30%): 1-4g/l
H2O2(35%): 4-8g/l
Na2SiO4: 10-15g/l
Detergent: 0.5-1.0g/l
Temperature: 100℃
Time: 30-45min.
Bath ratio: 1:10-20
3.Polyester and Cotton blends:
A. Peroxide bleaching:
Dosage:
NaOH (30%) : 1-4g/l
H2O2(35%): 4-8g/l
Na2SiO4: 10-15g/l
Detergent: 0.5-1.0g/l
Temperature: 100℃
Time: 30-45min.
Bath ratio: 1:10-20
B.Polyester brightening:
Dosage:
GLORY-ER I/ER II: 0.2-0.8% o.w.f.
Dispersant: 0.5g/l
Temperature: 110-130℃
Time: 30min
Bath ratio 1:10-20
C.Cotton brightening
Dosage:
GLORY-4BK 0.2-0.6% o.w.f
Na2SO4: 2-5g/l
Temperature: 90-100℃
Time: 20-30min
Bath ratio: 1:10-20

STORAGE& PACKING
Shelf time under room temperature: 12months,
Packing in 50kgs iron drum, 25kgs carton or as per customer’s request.
