APPLICATION
Used in cotton,yarn,linen,viscose fibre nylon, wool and silk brightening, middle-high affinity, this product can be used in both exhaust dyeing and padding. It is of excellent fastness and stability, extemely high fluorescent strengh and whiteness. This item is close to Uvitex CF530 (Huntsman).
USAGE
1, Polyamide/Cellulose fibre
Dosage: GLORY-CF530 0.5-0.1% o.w.f.
Na2SO4: 2-5g/l
Na2S2O4: 2-5g/l
Penetrant: 0.5-1g/l
PH: 7
Temperature: 80-90℃
Time: 30-60min.
Bath ratio: 1:10-20

Dosage: GLORY-CF530 0.2-0.6% o.w.f
NaOH(30%): 1-2 g/l
H2O2(35%): 3-8ml/l
Na2SO4: 1-3g/l
Stabilizer: 0.5-1g/l
Penetrant: 0.5-1.5g/l
PH: 6-12
Temperature: 80-95℃
Time: 60-180min
Bath ratio: 1:10-20 (contain NaCLO2)

Shelf time under room temperature: 12months,
Packing in 25kgs fibre drum or as per customer’s request.
