APPLICATION
Used in wool,silk,feather, Di-acetate fibre, polyamide and vinylong, esp. fur brightening and whitening. With excellent water affinity and great stability against acid and hard water, this product can be used in both exhaust and padding dyeing. This item is close to lencophor WS (Clariant).
USAGE
1. Wool
Bright whiteness and bluish green shade
Dosage: GLORY-AW L 1.5-1.8% o.w.f
Temperature: 40-60℃
Time:30-60min
Bath ratio: 1:50
PH=4.5-5.5.
2'Feather
Bright whiteness and bluish green shade
Dosage: GLORY-AW L 0.8-1.0% o.w.f
Temperature: 25-50℃
Time:30-60 min; Bath ratio: 1:40
PH=5-6.
3. Silk
Dosage: GLORY-AW L 1.5-1.8% o.w.f
Temperature: 50℃
Time:30-60 min
Bath ratio: 1:50
PH=4.5-6.
4.Di-acetate fibres
Bright whiteness, reddish shade, light fastness is low.
Dosage: GLORY-AW L 0.3-0.8% o.w.f
Temperature: 60-70℃
Time:30-60 min
Bath ratio: 1:50
PH=6. add proper amount levelling agent O.
5.Polyamide and vinylon fabrics
Bright whiteness, reddish shade, light fastness is low.
Dosage: GLORY-AW L 0.6-2.5% o.w.f
Temperature: 40-80℃
Time:30-60 min
Bath ratio: 1:50
PH=4.5-6. add proper amount levelling agent O
