APPLICATION
Used in nylon and cotton brightening. It is of high fastness of over grade 5, this product can be both applied in exhaust dyeing and padding. It is close to Blankophor CLE(Bayer).
USAGE
1, Nylon exhaust dyeing
a. Na2SO4 bath
Dosage: GLORY-CLE L,0.5-1.5% o.w.f
Detergent: 0.5-1.0g/l
Na2SO4: 2-3g/l
Acetic acid adjustment PH 4-6
Temperature: 80-130℃
Time:20-30min
b. sodium chlorite bath
Dosage: GLORY-CLE L,0.5-1.0% o.w.f
Detergent: 0.5-1.0g/l
NaNO3: 2-3g/l
Sodium chlorite: 3-8g/l
Complexing agent: 0.5-1.0g/l
Temperature: 90℃
Time: 30-40min
2, Padding for nylon
Dosage: GLORY-CLE L,8-30g/l
Levelling agent: 1-2g/l
Fix agent: 5-10g/l
Temperature: 20-60℃
Dip&squeeze: pick up 80-100%
Baking under: 105℃
3, dyeing method for cotton
Dosage: H2O2 50% or 35% g/l
Stabilizer: 1g/l
NaOH: 98% 0.6g/l
Bath ratio: 20

STORAGE&PACKING
Shelf time under room temperature: 12months,
Packing in 60kgs plastic drum or as per customer’s request. |
