PROPERTIES

APPLICATION
Used in cotton and viscose whitening and brightening of light colour and printing products. Light fastness is ordinary, but this item has great affinity with cellulose fibre.commonly used in printing,exhaust and padding dyeing.
This product can also be used to brighten vinylon,acrylic fibers, paper, pulp and paints.

USAGE
1, Dyeing
Dissovle VBL with water,and add directly into the dyeing bath
Dosage: 0.08-0.3%
Bath ratio: 1:40
Temperature: 60℃
2, Paper
Dissovle VBL with 80 times water and add into paper pulp or paints.
 Dosage: 0.1-0.3% of dye pulp or paints.

STORAGE AND PACKING
Shelf time unde room temperature: 2 years
Packing: 25kgs or 50kgs drum.
