Uses
and characteristics:
sNickel-Aluminiam
is made from pure Nickel, Aluminium (or Cr,Fe,Ti,Mu,Co,Mo
et al added) which fused at high temperature, and smeshed
to particle(20~30 mesh), and has poly-hole sketetal
nickel stucture after alkalization. It appearites high
hydrogenation, dehydrogenation activities. Bucause of
the high activity of skeletal Nickel, simple preparation,
lower price than similar kind of catalysts, good thermal
conductivity, high mechanical strenght and insensity
to poison, it is broadly used.
Nickel catalyst is mainly used
in the process of hydrogenation of variety of unsaturated
hydrocarbon in the liquid-solid phase reation condition,
it is also used in the dehydrogenation, desulfurixation,
dechlornation processes. It can not only be used in
mainly catalyst process, but also used in the prerefining
of the grass product of variety of unsaturated hydrocarbon.
It is widely used in petrolium, chemical, pharmaceuitcal,
perfume,synthetic fibre industry et al.Our products
has been used in hundreds of plants.

Physical
property
It apperas
black or greyish black amorphous partical. The partical
size is from 20 to 300 mesh, other sizes can be provided
according to the clients requirements. The bulk density
varies in accoracne with the mixture ratio of Nickle
and Aluminium, usually 2.5~4.0kg/L.
Chemical
Compositions constituents
Nickel 30~50%,
the rest is Aluninium, other small amount elements,
such as Fe,Cr,Ti,Mo,Co,and so on, can be added according
to the actual reation condition of clients.
Storage,
package and others
a Nickel-Aluminium
alloy powder is enclosed in plastic bag,tightly tied,
and put in metal bucket with lid. Net weight is 50kg/bucket.
b Nickel -ALuminium alloy powder should be stored in
a shady, cool and dry storehouse.

Nicked Catalyst is abbreviatly named Raney-Ni.
2. Technical requirement
of skeletal Nickel Oxygen consumption>90ml/g
3. Storage,Package and
others:
a. Activated Raney Ni will
cause vigorous oxidtion, even ignition on contact with
oxygen in air, therefore the catalyst must be prevented
from oxygen, usually can be sealed by water.
b. Skeletal Nickel catalyst
is finned in high-strength plastic bucket.50kg/bucket(dry
basis),or packed according to the requirements of clients.
Because of the very little oxgen solved in water.The
existence of active nickel and the reaciton of water
and some impurities, the existence of active nickel
and the reaction of water and some impurities, the acitiviay
of the long-term stored catalyst may decreased slowly
with gas release.In order not increase the pressure
inside the bucket, which may cause the bucket crack,
the lid should not be sealed tightly, or little holes
be punened in to release the gas and decrease the pressure.
c. The activity of long-term
stored catalyst will decrease slowly,thus it can not
be stored over 2 years generally.
d. sulfue,chloride, and
other elements may cause catalyst poisoning.Therefore
contact with this elements should be avoided in use
and storage.It is difficult for the deactived and poisoned
catalyst to return to normal activity by reactivivation
generally.
e. The product is harzard material, so it should be
transported by speical rehiche.
