ZXPQ-CⅡReinforced compound leaf plug flow submerged aerator is adapted by adding reinforced screw high pressure fan on CI type. It not only has the advantages of abroad products, but also meets the demand of domestic market.
Installation Methods:
Following installation methods can be selected according to practical condition and technique requirements.
1. Fixed installation
2. Float-type installation
There are four fixed methods in float-type installation:
a. Mooring rope fastening
b. Anchoring fastening
c. Staking fastening
d. Cantilever fastening
Application Method:
1.For power line removable rubber watertight cable should be selected and used; and core and electrical machine hull can connect ground reliably.
2. Installation depth should be strictly controlled according to technical index list. The working depth can not be adjusted at will operation direction.
3.Please carefully observe motor operation direction and adjust in time if inversion happened.
4.There should not be metal wire, rope and plastic bags in pool.
5. Electrical apparatus control system is installed in the aerator. Please find out reasons if power is cut down in working.
6.The application supply frequency is 50Hz, voltage is 380v±10%.
