Use Characteristics: |
The curing accelerator HiDispersion® DPTT-70 causes a very rapid and scorch-safe vulcanization of natural and sythetic rubbers. In combination with mercapto and sulphenamide accelerators, HiDispersion® DPTT-70 is used as an activator and secon- dary accelerator.
HiDispersion® DPTT-70 is also used, in small amounts, in combination with other thiuram accelerators. The vulcanizates are then characterized by exceptionally good resistance to ageing. HiDispersion® DPTT-70 is normally used for NR, SBR, NBR, IIR, BR, Hypalon etc. |
Processing Advantages: |
The thermoplastic, excellent compatible EPDM/EVA binder which is combined with active dispersing promoters allows much more easily and quickly incorporation and excellent dispersion during the rubber mixing. Therefore, optimal activity of the effective DPTT is assured |
Dosage levels: |
0.35 - 3.5 phr for heat aging resistance rubber articles of all kinds. |
Applications: |
It can be used as sulfurless curing agent, and it produces heat aging resistance rubber articles of all kinds, e.g. hoses, seals, bushing, especially based on EPDM and IIR. When used with MBTS-80, it can be used as accelerator for Hypalon rubber. |
