Centrifugal machine model IW is a kind of filter type centrifugal machine which can be operated continuously with automatic unloading of material.Input of material, separation, unloading etc.are continuously done with the full speed, so the efficiency of separation is high, the production capacity is large.The construction is simple and tight, fixing, operation and maintenance are convenient.It is suitable for separation of floating liquid with solid-phase(crystal state, unformed or short-fiber-state)density of 40-80%, particle fineness of 0.25-10mm.The machine corresponds to GMP series design.

Electric motor drives revolving drum with truncated cone to revolve at a high speed. Suspended liquid is added by feed pipe and on the filter screen. Liquid discharges form filter screen and filter opening of the drum wall. Solid particles is formed into filter residue on the filter screen.
