Changjiang(Yangzhong) Electric Desalting Equipment Co., Ltd is the company specialized in the research, development, design and manufacture of the onshore/offshore oil field triphase testing separator package for crude oil, natural gas and water separation, the onshore/offshore oil field free water separator package, onshore/offshore crude oil heat treater package, the onshore/offshore oil field high voltage electrostatic separating package, the onshore/offshore oil field polluted water treater package, oil refinerie crude oil high voltage electrostatic desalting equipment. As a national high-tech enterprise, with AAA credit standing, it has pressure vessel design qualification of Ⅰ,Ⅱclassification and special installation contract qualification for petrochemical equipment and pipe, and has been appraise as a “trustworthy unit strictly abiding by contract” for twelve years. It passed the ISO9001 quality system certification in 1997, meanwhile the company obtained the international certification of UKAS Imperatorial Coronet. It successfully passed the change of quality system certification in 2000, now the quality system is running according to the 2000 edition.And it passed the ISO14000 international environmental system certification in 2004.

CEDEC (short for Changjiang (Yangzhong) Electric Desalting Equipment Co., Ltd) employs 278 personnel presently, 22% of which is engineering technicians for R&D technology of oil water separating technology,who have successfully developed the first set of electric desalting equipment in China. And on this basis, the company still attaches great importance to technical innovation and new product development, and also developed the complete set of electric desalting equipment, complete set of electric dehydrating equipment, as well as the oil field triphase separator, heat treater, oil polluted water treater which have close relationship with electric desalting equipment. The AC-DC electric desalting equipment was awarded the third national prize for scientific and technological progress and also the 2nd and the 3rd prize in SINOPEC. Moreover, the company now holds over ten patents on oil-water separation technologies.

As a national high-tech enterprise in China, CEDEC owned many patents, and can independently design, fabricate, testing and research and oil-water separation and high voltage electrostatic separation. Our company has a tight organization and Project Manager system is adopted in the project management. There are eighteen person have gained the project manager qualification, and have much experience of the project management. During the performance of the project, the project manager is liable for managing the project on the whole, coordinating the relationship within the project team, with our customers, subcontractors as well as suppliers. The project manager shall overall control the quality and the schedule of project. Other members of the team also have their own liability and shall make sure that all the work are executed strictly following the planning &schedule.
