SETS OF ELECTRIC DESALTING EQUIPMENT WITH HIGH
EFFICIENT
[BACKGROUND INTRODUCTION] With the development
of large scale of refinery equipment in petrochemical
refinery enterprises and the new constant-pressure
distillation device with 5 million ton thruput
per year and the original constant-pressure distillation
device with 2.5 million ton per year may be enlarged
more than 4 million ton per year after being reformed,it
needs corresponding large-scale complete sets
of electric desalting equipment. Since 1995,cooperating
with Beijing Design Institute our company has
been successful in using AC &DC electric desalting
technology and supplying 4~5 million large-scale
electric desalting equipment for Maoming Petrochemical
Fujian Refinery ,Nanjing Refinery.But the vessel's
measure is larger ,the diameter of which get to
be 4m¡Á30.05m,after our two years efforts, we have
been successful in developing the technology and
the equipment of electric desalting with high
efficient based on original technology of DC&AC
electric desalting .
[ Use this kind of technology]
(1) To increase the thruput 1.7 times or so ,only
reforming old vessel .
(2) To invest low in the equipment which occupy
small area .
(3) To cut down processing cost by reducing oleaginousness
in the drainage .
[TECHNICAL FEATURE]
Electric desalting with high efficient can
essure desalting effect in the high-velocity disposal
state according to the technological requirment
of high-velocity electric desalting to remake
mixing valve and select high-efficient demulsifier.
