SILANE
CROSSLINKABLE PE TUBE COMPOUND
(¢ñ)Application This product is applied
to produce silane crosslinkable PE tube and Aluminum-Plastic
composite tube (not-water tube) with sioplas principle.
The tube compound can satisfy the demand for material
in German Standard DIN16892(1997).

(¢ó)Packing
To prevent the product from damp, crosslinkable
PE are packaged with three layers: the outside
layer is brown packing paper, the middle layer
is PE plastic packing bag and the inside layer
is Aluminum foil packing bag. The standard package
is 25kg/bag.
(¢ô)Transportation and storage:
During transportation and handling, it is important
that the product should not be placed in damp
and high-temperature environment or be exposed
to sunshine and rain and the packing bag should
not be destroyed. Because the silane of SI-XLPE
or tube compound can absorb moisture and crosslink,
it is very important to prevent of the product
is half of a year. It is better to use SI-XLPE
or tube compound in opened package as quickly
as possible. If the package has been worn-out
before using SI-XLPE inside it, we suggest that
the SI-XLPE in worn-out package can be used as
common LDPE in order to get quality crosslinked
cable.
