INTRODUCTION
COMPLETE OF
SETS OF AC DESALTING EQUIPMENT
[BACKGROUND INTRODUCTION]
In 1980s, Petrochemical Group Corporation of China imported
several sets of desalting equipment to promote development
of domestic desalting technology. Then a group comprised
of our company, Beijing Design Instute of Petrochemical
Group Corportion of China and Changling Refinery Plant
was established to make domestic desalting equipment.
In April 1988, domestic desalting equipment made by
the group got approval of experts from Petrochemical
Group Corporation of China. From that year, the domestic
desalting equipment launched the market and is used
widely so far.
[TECHNICAL FEATURE]
It is made of two horizontal electro plates of which
the low one electrify and the upper one ground to form
AC electric field (shown as figure). The desalting equipment
has many advantages: stable operation, smoothly running,
high efficiency of desalting and dehydrating. They can
meet the requirements the ratio of salt in desalted
crude oil less than 5mg/l.
[EQUIPMENT COMPOSITION]
Complete sets of AC desalting equipment is composed
with the following equipments:100%whole impedance special
transformer for electric desalting, electrode bar, high-voltage
cable flexible linkage unit, insulated hanger, electrode
plates, sampler, cooler, flame-proof low-level switch,
transmitter, static mixer, mixing valve etc.
