Testing separator package in onshore/offshore oil field

CEDEC can provide customers with three kinds of testing separators according to different customers’ requirements. The three kinds of products are listed as following:

（1）MH-typed triphase testing separator

A horizontal vessel with Design pressure 3500 kPaG, Design capacity 300－500m3/d(water ),300－500m3/d(oil) and 300000Sm3/d(gas), The external diameter is 1000mm, length between welded seam to welded seam is 3700mm. This vessel can be fabricated comply with the ASME standard and GB150 and can be installed at a skid of steal structure or a tow truck, the vessel is equipped with internal piping and fitting. This equipment is equipped with a 2 inches inlet pipe with pressure , liquid rotor flow meter, interface control valve, gas flow recorder and a backpressure control valve. A high-speed tie-in can be added for demarcate the vessel if it is required by customer.

（2）HH -typed triphase testing separator

A horizontal vessel with Design pressure 9900 kPaG, the external diameter is 1400mm, length between welded seam to welded seam is 4600mm. This vessel can be fabricated comply with the ASME standard and GB150 and can be installed at a skid of steal structure or a tow truck, the vessel is equipped with internal piping and fitting. This equipment is equipped with a pressure safe valve and pressure safe equipment with the setting pressure is 9900 kPaG for the purpose of protecting the pressure system, which can testing the output of oil, gas and water respectively. Then come together to downdream treating plant.

（3）HV-typed twiphase testing separator

Design pressure is 9900 kPaG, main products are listed as following:

400mm(ID)(SWEET) Separator Package (with 3 inches flow meter)

400mm(ID)(SOUR) Separator Package (with 3 inches flow meter)

600mm(ID)(SWEET) Separator Package (with 3 inches flow meter)

600mm(ID)(SOUR) Separator Package (with 3 inches flow meter)

800mm(ID)(SWEET) Separator Package (with 3 inches flow meter)

800mm(ID)(SOUR) Separator Package (with 3 inches flow meter)

This equipment with a vertical vessel, can be fabricated according toASME Standard or GB150（1998） Standard. And all the parts can be installed at a skid of steal structure or a tow truck.

This equipment is equipped with a 3 inches inlet and outlet pipe with pressure, liquid rotor flow meter, interface control valve, gas flow recorder and a backpressure control valve.

A can carbinol vessel and inlet pump will be equipped if it is required by customer.
