REFINER FOR DENITROGEN OF FOUNDATION OIL OF LUBRICANT
[BACKGROUND INTRODUCTION]
Most of crude oil in our country are high nitrogenous
oil, 80% nitrogen of crude oil concentrate upon distillate
at 400¡æ, namely concentrate upon foundation oil of lubricant.
It is showed by research that nitrides, special basic
nitrides are greatly harmful to oxidation stability
of foundation oil of lubricant. Because it would reduce
substantially oxidation stability of oil, the refined
technology of denitrogen was born.
[TECHNICAL FEATURE]
The sets of refinery equipment for denitrogen of foundation
oil of lubricant is used before refining argil. Heated
oil enters into static mixer, completely blends and
reacts with denitrogen agent, then, into refinery equipment
for denitrogen and the residue will desperate from denitrogen
oil under the force of electrical field. Furthermore,
there are additional refineries when the denitrogened
oil enters into refinery system of argil from the top
of vessel depending on its self-pressure. When the radio
of alkali nitrogen in oil is 233ppm and the radio of
total sulfur in oil is 1815.5ppm, after the industrial
application tests, the ratio of alkali nitrogen in refined
oil can be above 1600ppm, and the ratio of denitrogen
oil can be above 80%, these result can fully express
the process advantage of keeping sulfur and denitrogen.
Furthermore, value of rotary oxygen elastomer can be
increased from 11min to above 200min after denitrogen,
this means the stability of oxygen resistant of products
is improved and the product can meet MVIS standard for
lubricant.
The technology of denitrogen of foundation oil of lubricant
breaks traditional production process named "old
three methods" for foundation oil of lubricant,
this is a triumph of new technology to old idea.
