II.The property and structure of ironing machine
1.The main components: The single (double) roller ironing machine is composed by steam roller box variable drive speed, conveyor and bridge, the summary to the structure is as follows:
(1) Steam roller parts this machine has one (two) steam roller, made of 304 stainless steel rolling plate. the machine comply with the requirements of international standards on pressure vessel.
(2) Box variable parts: The box is formed by steel plate and angle iron framework.
(3) Variable speed drive system: This system has simple structure, short transmission chain, reliable operation, the user can choose the best work speed according to the species and moisture content of the ironing fabric.
(4) Conveyor: The conveyor is composed of conveyor roller, adjust bearing, feed board, transportation canvas belt etc.
(5) Bridge: The bridge is made by I12# channel steel welding, the middle has support ribs.

V.The maintenance of ironing machine
1. Regularly protect the clean of the steam working roller to prevent from rust and damage.
2. When occurring the unusual noise during the operation process, should stop and check the machine.
3.Eliminate the dust and waste of the machine every day, and keep the cleanness of the working site.
