About us

     Jiangsu Wanyuan Chemical Co.,Ltd. is a manufacturer of fine chemicals and one of the foremost suppliers in basic fluoroaromatics and pharmaceutical intermediates. Our plant occupies a site of 120,000 sq.m. and is located in the city of Yancheng in the northen part of the Jiangsu Province in China; just 3 hours by car from Shanghai. We have a staff of 180, of which 40 are in technical, engineering and R&D areas.

       Formerly a state-owned enterprise, Wanyuan transformed into a wholly foreign-owned enterprise in early 2005 and is now 100% owned by the Hong Kong based Mainwell Holdings Ltd. Since the takeover, we have invested enormous amount of funds in upgrading its plants and office facilities. With a registered capital of RMB 30 million, our total assets amounts to RMB 45 million.

       With a strong distribution network, our products are marketed globally. Our commitment to customer service comes first and foremost. We cooperate regularly with customers to improve and innovate our products. We also believe in learning and educating ourselves about our products and manufacturing processes on a regular basis to cater for our customers' requirements.
