Application:Accelerator DM-20 is a vinyl vulcanize for silicic rubber at high temperature. It can be extremely easily distributed and well mixed in silicic rubber with convenient process. The vulcanized silicic rubber has even and stable physic performance, high tensile strength and lancinating-resistant strength, small constant deformation. Moreover, the end product has high transparency, excellent yellowing-resistance, one-off vulcanization with no smell. Its quality indexes reach or exceeds the similar products manufactured at home or abroad. It is applicable to manufacturing such formed and mold-pressed products as various silicic rubber key-press, sealing ring, accessories in such industry as automobiles, heat-resistant rubber plate and silicic rubber roller.

Application Method:
The amount of this product equaling to 1-5% of the weigh of mix-refined gel (the standard quantity is 1.2% of the weight of mix-refinced gel) is evenly added to the refining machine. After it is completely evenly distributed in the refining process, it can be formed like flakes. Vulcanizing Condition: 175-180℃×2.5-5mm（Small mold-pressed product);The specific time needed is decided according to the thickness, size, and filling amount of each mold etc.

Package and Storage:
Packed in cardboard box lined with plastic bag with net weight of 15kg per box; stored and transported according to the requirement for organic peroxide, i.e. in dry, cool, ventilated, and faraway heat-and fire place.
