Application:
Powdery DM-5 is a vulcanizing agent at high temperature for vinyl silicic rubber. It is well evenly distributed in silicic rubber with convenient mixing process. The vulcanized silicic rubber has even and stable physic performance, strong tensile and lancinating strength, high stretching rate, consistently small deformation. The product manufactured has good transparency, good yellowing-resistance , and extremely low smell. Its quality index reaches or exceeds the standard of similar product of foreign countries. Moreover, its is firstly made domestically, applicable to the process manufacturing such molded and ejection-molded products as a variety of silicic rubber key-press, sealing ring, accessories used in such industries as automobile manufacture, heat resistant rubber plate, silicic rubber roller.

Application Method:
This product is evenly added with the amount equal to 0.8-1.2% of the weight of gross silicic rubber. ( The standard amount is 1% of the weight of gross rubber.) It undergoes the process of being pressed and mixed 1-3 time before the end products are shaped like flakes. The vulcanizing conditions must be controlled as: 175-180 X 2.5-5mm (for small molded products). However, the thickness, size, and the ruber-filling quantity for each mold etc. must be determined according specific conditions.

Package, Storage and Transportation:
Packed with cardboard box lined with plastic bag; weighted 15 kg(net); stored and transported as organic peroxide. Stored in dry, cool,ventilated, and away -from -heat -source place.
Not allowed to be contacted with eyes, mouth, skin; if contacted, rinsed with clean water timely.
