Xinguang oats ß-glucan ,which is the water-soluble fibre ,extract from natural non-GMO oats. ß-glucana viscous linear high molecular weightpolysaccharide which consist of ß-1,4 and ß-1,3 bond,the ratio between them is 7:3.

 

Oats ß-glucan is water-soluble fibre which can effectively hinder the assimilation of abundance fat and protein, increase the growth of effective microbe in intestine. The first food specific health claim was awarded by the FDA to Quaker Oats in 1997based on the cholesterol lowering properties of oats.

The function including:
1. Increasing excretion of cholesterol and bile acids.significantly lowered both total and LDL cholesterol .
2. Reducing blood sugar and insulin. Insulin has been reported to stimulatepercent compared to the control margarines .
3. Increasing the viscosity of the intestinal contents, thereby reducing fat absorption.
4. Possibly binding lipase and reducing its ability to hydrolyse fats.
5 Increasing the skin immunity, anti-aging, increasing skin elasticity.
