| Physical Properties |
This is a kind of colorless liquid with stimulating smell which can give out smoke. The relative density is 1.675, melting point is 1.2°C and the boiling point is 105.1°C. It presents reddish yellow when it solubles in chlorine or Phosphorus pentachloride. When it is exposed to the damp air, it may give out a heavy smoke, and it hydrolyzes into phosphoric acid and hydrogen chloride. It disintegrates and gives out a large quantity of heat and hydrochloric acid gas when meet with water and alcohol. It has a sitimulation effect for eyes. And it is corrosive. |
| Usage |
This product is widely used in the production of pesticide, medical, dyestuff and other fire retardants. It is the material of the production of organophosphorus pesticide, herbicide, and so on. It is used to produce plastic plasticizer and the chlorination reaction in
long-acting sulphonamides. It is a intermediate of dyestuff production, chlorinating agent, catalyst and uranium extraction agents in organic synthesis process. |
| Packing |
The dry plastic bucket packing. This product belongs to Level 1 inorganic acid corrosion items, the IMDG Code is 81040. It should be stored in cool, ventilate and dry storeroom. It cannot be stored and transported together with combustible products and deliquescence items. It should be transported according to the dangerous goods transportation rule. |
