This chemical,the ammonium polyphosphate flame retardants was developed by the Nanjing Normal Universiy of China in October 1991.The product patent at first was transferred to our factory in the same year.The patent chemicals was put into industrial scale production in 1992.The APP produced by our factory was checked and approved for the fire-fighting Materials and Equipment on the Sccurity Department of Jiangsu Province in China in February 1992.And then its quality and technique were evaluated to "reach the advanced world level" by the Applicable chemicals Research Institute of the East China Chemicals University in Shanghai of china in the same year.
