Description:
This product, in fine yellowy granule, is a hard and brittle white high melting wax. It is non toxic, no side effects on the human body. Under normal temperature, it’s insoluble in most of solvents, stable to acid, base and aqueous medium, but soluble in hot chloro-hydrocarbon, or aromatic-hydrocarbon solvents. The powder has a strong sense of creamy and is wettable at 80℃ or above.

Applications:
1.As an internal and external lubricant in many thermoplastic and thermosetting plastics. It has good glossiness and mold releasing property. In the infection molding thermoplastic PUR, also served as internal mold release agent, the dosage is 0.1-1%. As polyformaldehyde lubricant, the dosage is 0.5%, to improve the melt flow rate and mold releasing property.
2.Adding 1-3% EBS to synthetic resins and rubber emulsion will have good anti-stick and anti-caking effect and can be applied to automotive floor mats and other rubber products for increasing the surface glossiness.
3.Can improve heat weather resistance and fluidity of polyester and polyamide fiber and give them some antistatic effect.
4. EBS can be used as releasing agent to phenolic resin sand casting.
5.As pigment dispersant in plastics, chemical fiber masterbatch such as ABS, PS, PP fiber, dacron masterbatch. Also can be used as spread powder of color matching of plastics.
6.As flow additive of powder coatings.
7.Adding 0.5-2% EBS to paint and varnish manufacturing can improves salt fog and moisture proof effects. Used in paint can improve the paint stripper performance and increase the baked enamel surface leveling. In furniture polishes and printing inks used as the matting agent.
