Description:
This product is novel and excellent polar waxes which greatly improves its compatibility with fillers, paints and polar resins. The lubricity and dispersibility of OPE is superior to PE Wax. Meanwhile, OPE which is updated PE wax has coupling effect with property equals to Honeywell and A-C Wax. EVA wax has low viscosity, high softening point, good hardness and other special properties, non-toxic, good thermal stability, low volatility when it is in high temperature, excellent dispersibility to fillers and paints. The product which has strong internal and external lubricity with coupling effect can improve the production efficiency in plastics processing and reduce production costs. OPE contains some hydroxyls in its molecular chain, which greatly improves its compatibility with polar resins, superior to PE wax in this regard. It has good internal and external lubricity, thus it can achieve better lubricating property than the other lubricants when it’s used in the formula of rigid transparent or opaque PVC products. It also widely applies to PE or PVC cables, PVC profiles, pipe as new-type plastic lubricants and can be used as raw or auxiliary material for textile softener, auto wax and leather softener.
