Properties:
White loose powder, insoluble in cold water. With similar properties with graphite, so is called as "White Graphite". Melting point: 3000°C. At neutral reducing atmosphere, it can resist high temperature as 2000°C. In the air, it will be oxidized above 1000°C. It has stable chemical properties, high electric insulativity, heat conductivity and chemcial corrosion resistance, and is easy to be processed mechnically.
Use
It is widely used in high-temperature, high-frequency and plasma insulator, high-temperature resistant coating, high-frequency induction furnace, semiconductor, atomic pile, nuclear radiation resistance, radar, rocket engine, high-temperature lubricant, form release agent and other high-temperature resistant products. |
