C5 Aliphatic Petroleum
Resin
C5 aliphatic petroleum resin is a synthetic
resin mainly consisting of dicyclopentadiene, which features
low acidity, good blend solvency, low melting point, nice
adhesion, water or chemical resistance. It is soluble
in many solvents except alcohol, and highly soluble in
plant oil, natural resin, synthetic resin, and plastic
reinforcing agent, which provides a wide application.

Application:
1.Used as an anchoring agent for pressure sensitive
adhesive, and thermosol dyeing.
2.In printing ink, used as ink color developer, and
add into improve the brightness and drying speed of
the printing ink
3.In the rubber industry, used as a rubber additive,
and acts as a substitute for rosin resin and terpene
resin.
4.In the paint industry, capable of modifing dry
oil, and providing better drying, water-resistance
and anticorrosive properties for paints.

Note:
We also produce modified C5 aliphatic
petroleum resin, which is used in high-grade solvent
pressure sensitive adhesive, high-trade thermosol
pressure sensitive adhesive.
