surface active agent forms oriented adsorption on the fertilizer crystal to show hydrophobicity when the surface covered by the hydrophobic which prevents fertilizer contacting moisture from remarkable change. This prevents crystal coherence to achieves good antiagglomeration.
Characteristic and effect
This product was matched with environmental protection agent after natural axunge material processing, and has good biology degradation performance. It is no pollution for the environment. It is used in ammonium chloride, ammonium acid carbonate, calcium carbonate, many inorganic fertilizer and parts of inorganic salt, and paper-making industry.
- Some functions of fertilizer adding anti-caking agent:
- 1, Increase crystal grain size when adding into ammonium bicarbonate production which enhances nitrogen content, reduces the moisture and improves the product rank.
- 2, Remarkable antiagglomeration for the fertilizer to reduce broken package rate, prevents decomposition failure of absorbing.
Application method and amount
- Put measured product into the feeding trough, with 40℃~60℃ hot water, 1:12~15 dilution (1kg anti-caking agent add 12kg~15kg water) atomizing in the product after diluted or according to technological conditions adding to working procedure directly. No influence to the product quality when stratification appears, please stir evenly.
- Reference amount: 0.3 ‰ ~0.6 ‰ (each ton ammonium chloride adds anti-caking agent about 0.3㎏~0.6㎏)
