Sanzheng Beinong Seed-coating Agent Factory was founded by Sanzheng Chemical Stock Co., Ltd. and the Seed-coating Agent and Applied Chemical Research and Development Center of Agricultural University of China. It is authorized by the Ministry of Petroleum and Chemical Industry of China as the pointing manufactuer of seed-coating agent. Each year, it can produce 3,000 tons of seed-coating agents for corn, wheat, paddy, soybean and so forth. Its product techniques were appraised by the committee of sciences of Liaoning Province in April 1999 and won the second prize.
