In order to improve the quality of electrical distribution and technical quality of staff, we held actual evaluation for site allocated on July 9th. After one day actual exercise of six distribution sites, the evaluation group said that: There are more problems of wiring technology, the appraisal results are not charged but will be found in summarizing statistics on the issue, re-enacting the operating standards and the standards will be put in public, scheduled to conduct another exercise on 22th. Electrical Section of all employees of the company must cooperate actively. After second distribution, the evaluation group will give comprehensive assessment for component identification, on-line components, trunking alignment, terminal protection, testing surface and distribution time.
   Results of the evaluation is:
   The first: Zhu Zhili, second: Nana, third: Jiang Zhongqiu.
   According to the instructions of General Manager Li, 50 yuan for the first award, 40 yuan for the second award, 30 yuan for the third award. Next, the company decides to acquire Zhu Zhili to set standards for the preparation of legislation like marking, playing an exemplary role models, so as to promote the standardization of the operating staff.
