Appearance : blue powder
The main characteristics :
- The smell of IF3GR is not stronger than that of conventional IF3G proudct, which can improve production environment and workplace conditions.
- The shade of IF3GR is brighter, more brilliant, reddish and saturated than that of IF3G’s conventional product, which can meet the requirement of African wax printed fabric in the market.
- It is very easy for operation and application without adding solvent K2 into IF3GR.
- Normally the printing screen is not blocked up by printing paste because the paste’s rheology behavior is good.

2. Procedures:
Printing – Pre-drying( ensuring complete dry of printed fabric) - * Re-drying (at 130℃ for 3min.) – Steaming (102℃ for 8 minutes) – Padding in acid ( washing with 98% sulphuric acid of 25-30ml/L at 80-90 ℃ for 3-5 seconds) – Washing with hot water – Soap Washing –Washing – Drying ( PH on printed fabric is 7 before drying.)
* Please note that it is better to keep the temperature of re-drying at about 130℃ to make dyes develop as much as possible . If drying condition is enough ,developing is perfect and it’s unnecessary to re-dry the printed fabric. If the re-drying time is unable to make the dyes develop thoroughly,it is better to lengthen the time or raise the temperature of re-drying to speed up the developing rate.
Application :
- Some cold water and solvent Penelon TF are added into Marcogen IF3GR new & stir, then caustic soda ( 1/3 of total weight) is slowly added into the liquid by stirring until there are no any articles in this liquid.
- Then Penelon HRR is added into the dyes liquid above to further stir until solution .
- At last the rest of caustic soda ( 2/3 of total weight ) is slowly added into the liquid above while stirring. Afterward , the dyes liquid is filtrated and put into the paste. The paste should be mixed homogenously for use.( ensuring PH of printing paste is 9.5-10)
Note: The temperature of printing paste should be kept between 10-20℃. In order to avoid dyes decomposition, it is the best to use ice bag to make the paste’s temperature lower. It is better to formulate the printing paste promptly when it is used. |
