Appearance : Brown paste
Chemical composition: Organic chemical compound containing carbon, hydrogen and oxygen element
Storage :  To avoid sunlight and closed in container . The lid must be closed tightly after the drum is opened and this product is used.
Application : Penelon W-1 can be used in resist printing of Ingrain Blue IBN .It is a type of ideal resist printing agent . Its usage quantity depends on IBN dyeing depth & generally is 40-50% .

Procedure :
White resist printing :
White fabric – Resist printing – Over- printing with Ingrain blue IBN – Drying – Steaming at 102℃ for 8 min. – Washing – Soaping – Washing – Drying
Colour resist printing (two- phase printing process):
White fabric – Colour resist printing – Over-printing with Ingrain blue IBN – Drying – Padding in alkali liquid – Steaming at 102 ℃ for 2 min. – Washing – Soaping – Washing – Drying

Recipe of colour printing paste
1 White resist printing paste
Penelon W-1              400-500g
Water                          X g
KW- 888A thickener(9%)   300-400g
Total                        1000g

Operation : at first stir water and thickener well ,secondly Penelon W-1 is added into the stock by stirring. The rest of water and thickener are added to adjust thickness in terms of production requirement after homogeneously stirring and the paste is prepared for use after filtration .

Colour resist printing paste recipe ：
Penelon W-1             400-500g
Water                        X g
Reactive dyes                Y g
KW-888A thickener(9%)   300-400g
Total                      1000g
Operation: at first stir water and thickener well ,secondly Penelon W-1 is added into the stock by stirring.After homogeneously stirring, reactive dyes is sprinkled into the stock and stirred thoroughly. The rest of water and thickener are added to adjust thickness in terms of production requirement after then the paste is prepared for use after filtration .

Over-printing paste recipe:
Ingrain blue IBN                     20-40g( Ingrain blue:acetic acid = 1:0.6-0.8)

Acetic acid(98%)                   12-13g

Operation : To weigh ingrain blue IBN and add a small amount of cold water and acetic acid for mixture and solution.After solution ,printing paste is filtrated and stirred homogeneously.Then the rest of water or thickener is added to adjust colour printing paste’s thickness according to production requirement before use.

Colour mixture with Ingrain blue IBN & yellow or scarlet colourant in resist printing ( two-phase method)
Procedure : AS-G grounding – colour resist printing – Over-printing with Ingrain blue IBN & colour fast salt ( colour fast base ) – Drying – Padding in alkali liquid – Steaming at 102℃ for 2min. – Washing – washing with alkali(soda ash of 2g/L; detergent 209 of 2-3g/L ;at 85-90C) – soaping with detergent 209 of 203g/L at 98C – Washing – Drying

Operation : At first mix water with thickener well,secondly Penelon W-1 is added into the stock by stirring.After stirring completely , ammonia water is added to dissolve Penelon IR by stirring ,afterward,HCHO solution is added then sprinkle reactive dyes into the stock by stirring .After dyes is thoroughly dissolved, the rest of water and thickener are added by stirring homogeneously to adjust thickness according to production requirement.The paste is filtrated before use.

2) Over-printing paste recipe:

Operation : to weigh ingrain blue IBN and colour fast salt then add a small amount of cold water and acetic acid by stirring for solution.After complete solution, dyes is filtrated and put into the stock by homogeneous mixture.At last , some water is required to be added and colour printing paste is prepared with dissolved NaAC(NaAC must be added into some colour fast salt products) and urea ( urea is necessarily added into some colour fast salt products) before use.
Note: This product has a small amount of sedition sediment ,so it is homogeneously mixed before use.
