PENELON 8850 WATER-OIL REPELLENT

Application
PENELON 8850 is specially-developed water-oil repellent containing C8 fluorine group. It has excellent
water-oil repellency can be applied to various natural fabric, synthetic fibers and their blended fibers.

Features
• Excellent water-oil repellency can be applied to the synthetic and natural fibers.
• Low curing temperature (at 110°C).
• Dyed fabric’s color fastness is rarely effected by washing and rubbing.
• Good compatibility with other auxiliaries can be used with resin, anti-static agent and flame retardant.
• Good stability and the emulsion stability won’t be affected by PH value.
• Stable water-oil repellent effect from the beginning to the end.
• Non-flammability solvent and no toxicity.
• No formaldehyde and APEO.

Storage stability Store in closed container at 20°C for 1 year. Be aware, this product is sensitive over 40°C or less than -5°C.
Environmental friendly/toxicity Storage, handling and application in accordance with chemicals operation of general health and safety rules and it can not be swallowed. Please refer to the relating MSDS for the further information.


Usage
Cellulose fiber: 2% ~ 14%
Synthetic fiber: 1% ~ 9%
Blended fiber: 2% ~ 10%
Dissolution method: Add equal quantity cold water into PENELON 8850 for dilution then stir and add it into the water containing acetic acid .

Usage method:
PH of formulation: 4.0 - 5.0
Pick-up(%): 30-70% (depends on fibers)
Bath temperature: 20°C
Drying: 110-130°C
Cross linking: 110-130°C for 45-60 seconds in stenter machine.
