WETTING AGENT PPO IN FABRIC’S PRINTING
WETTING AGENT PPO is a type of printing oil which is chiefly made of plants and can be used in textile’s printing processes.

Self-emulsion plant oil

PHYSICAL & CHEMICAL PROPERTIES
Ionic : anionic
Appearance : light yellow colour and transparent
Viscosity : liquid and can be stably pumped by vacuum
PH: 6-7
Flash point: > 100 ℃ (DIN 51758/ISO2719)

PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS:

• Can be dissolved together with dyes , reduce the formations of colloidal solution and larger or smaller agglomerates to resist specky prints in textile printing .
• Promotes dyes’ penetration into the fiber and improves its levelness.
• Has the function of slip flow to reduce the rub between printing screen and blade(magnetic rod).
• Improve the rheological property of printing paste (especially for pigment printing in warmer weather condition)
• Greatly reduces blockage on screen while WETTING AGENT PPO is used in printing .
• Improves the touch of printed fabric ( causes no yellowish on printed fabric )
• Also improves the printed fabric’s handfeeling after reactive dyes containing di-reactive groups,such as VS TYPE REACTIVE BLACK , are used in printing .
• Slightly defoaming
• Easily removes the dyes residue after complete wash-off or rinsing
• Causes on pollution to working environment

APPLICATION
Suitable fabric type : any fabric containing celloluse fiber.
Suitable process : printing
Soluble method : can be mixture with water in terms of any proportion at any termperature .
It is added into either stock or printing colour paste.The emulsion formation of printing paste is not destroyed after mixing at high-speed rate.The pre-trial is necessarily recommended to find the compabillity between dyes and this product for the optimum quantity in printing paste recipe.
Usage in recipe :
Dyes :1-3%
Reactive dyes printing : 5-20g/kg printing colour paste
Pigment dyes printing : 10-15g/kg printing colour paste
                   20-35g./kg white pigment paste
Referenrce recipe : reactive dyes printing
Although only sodium alginate is used in fabric’s printing ,the final handfeeling is often very coarse. In such a case, the quantity of 10-15g/kg is recommened .

Handling and storage:
Storage stability : at least 12 months
