CELLUGUM-Na GUM

CELLUGUM-Na GUM is modified polysaccharide and has a stable viscosity when burn-out printing with Alkali on mixed fiber, Nylon and Polyester.

Specification

Component: Modified Polysaccharide
Appearance: Yellowish Powder
PH: 70.5
Viscosity: 14% (80,0002,000 CPS)
Solubility: Easy to solve in cold and hot water

Characteristic

1. It is unstable viscosity if a normal gum of stock solution is added to NaOH solution (Be, 45) 20%. But Na GUM has a good viscosity stability, fluidity and penetration with NaOH solution.

2. Na GUM could melt only Polyester excluded Nylon for mixed fiber during burnout because there is blended with only small quantity of treatment without chemicals such as auxiliarys as well as revelling agent etc.

3. There is no bleeding under printing because of molecule bond. In particular, in the case of performing burn-out, Na GUM could provide a sharpness on the fibers since dehydration related to NaOH solution and thickening agent of stock solution do not exist.
