Shanghai HuaYi Group HuaYuan Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. , with a registered capital of 150 million RMB yuan, is subordinate to Shanghai HuaYi Group. The subsidiaries of HuaYuan include a scientific research institute (fine chemical research institute), Shanghai Pengpu Chemical Factory, ShangHai Golden Deer Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. ,Shanghai Colloid Chemical Factory , ShangHai XiangYang Chemical Factory , Shanghai Golden Ox Chemical Industry Co., Ltd., ShangHai XingHuo Chemical Co., Ltd. , Shanghai Celluloid Factory , Shanghai Xinguang Chemical Factory and Packing & Decorative Material Branch of Shanghai Plastics Industry Co., Ltd. There are about 1,000 staffs working for HuaYuan now, 350 of them are technicians. At present, HuaYuan can produce RMB 700 million yuan and sell RMB 800 million yuan of products every year.
