   PBTCA is phosphine carboxylic acid inhibitor which is newly developed and put into industry in recent years and popularizing day by day. Chemcal name is: 2- phosphine acid butane 1,2,4- tricarboxylic acid which has good scale inhibition with broad use, especially under the high temperature, high hardness and high pH value with good compatibility to zinc salt and water treatment agent. It improves zinc solubility when coordinating with zinc salt to show outstanding inhibition and synergism. It is widely used in electric power, metallurgy, chemical industry, petroleum and so on as multi-purpose water stabilizer.
