Description: Free-flowing light yellow powder consisting of fine spherical particles.
Composition:
The powder partials contain vitamin A palmitate in droplets of 1-2um embedded in a matrix of gum Arabic (E414) and sucrose coated with starch. The product contains t-butylhydroxyioluene (BHT, E321) and sodium ascorbate (E301) as antioxidants..
Solubility:
The product can be dispersed even in cold water to form a table milky emulsion.

Stabilization/Stability:
The product is stabilized with BHT(E 321). It is sensitive to moisture, atmospheric oxygen, heat and light. The product is stable for at least 24 months when it is stored in the original containers at room temperature (about 25oC) with dry place.
Applications:
Food products:
The fine spherical particle has been specially developed for fortifying of sugar and for use in vitamin mixtures for the food industry.
The product is also very suitable for hypoallergenic foods, as it contains no protein. The regulations govering the use of BHT must be observed.
