Application Scope
Vacuum belt dryer(VBD) is fit for drying all kinds of liquid or pasty, soild power material, such as traditional chinese and western medicines, food, biological products, chemical material, health food,food additive, etc.
VBD is especially suitable for drying high-viscosity, easy for mass formation, thermoplastic and thermal sensitive material which can not be dryed by means of spray drying. For these material, VBD is the best choice.
Working principle
The dryer can accomplish continuous feeding and continous discharging of material in vacuum state, transform the conventional static drying to vacuum dynamic, reduce traditional drying time from of 10-20 hours to of 30-60 minutes, reach the goal of adjusting the drying temperature according to different materials, settle the difficulty that spray drying can not solve, remove the problem that traditional drying oven spend a long time and cause the material deformed. The MJ`s dry what other companies made dryers can dry and what other companies made dryers can not dry. The material`s colour and lustre, solubility and physical property after drying can be reserved very well. This feature can not be reached by other companies made dryers.
