 General descriptions
Vacuum System is composed of vacuum pump or additional roots pump. Main function is to build system vacuum and discharge gas, cut-off valve are set to prevent gas back flowing at the air entry of each vacuum pump because of power off.
Refrigeration system is composed of refrigeration compressor, water condenser,  expansion valve, plate-type evaporator, oil separator, etc. Imported semi-hermetic compressor (one machine, two-stage) as its main part has its own refrigeration circulating system that could cool plies and cold trap through plate heat exchanger and condenser pipe. The pipeline of system has the advantage of advanced design, exactly fix to ensure running stably, efficiently in long term.  Refrigeration system has enough cool quantity in the process of design to overcome steam load while sublimating. The union contains motor overload thermal protection, high voltage protection, hypopiesia protection, medium voltage protection,Oil differential pressure, recieving the fluid automatically, cooling water scarcity protection. CPCE pressure regulator in compressor is to balance the two stage compression in the status of ultimate working condition.
Circulating system is one that recycle pump recycle the refrigerating medium compellently. The main function is to exchange heat from refrigerant to refrigerant medium, from refrigerant medium to plies, from plies to products.
 Drying Case is designed according to vacuum vessel, the innner case is processed with circular bead, bottom with slope to discharge CIP. The door of case is sealed by rubber with O special section, sight glass with light is set on the side of case.
Plies are used for freezing and sublimating products, the unit that contains fixed  frame.
Cold trap, an equipment used for collecting sublimated water vapor,  is connected with drying case seperated by mushroom valve or by butterfly valve. The input and output of products and defrosting could be conducted at the same time. Afer distinguishing the programm's end of freeze-dry, the press test is begun to find the terminal of freezedry. The butterfly valve is closed automatically to protect product's safety when power is cut off for a while (10 min). Differential pressure between cold trap and drying case could keep products sublimating.
